Being proud and confident talking about the task you do at work irrespective of how big or small it impact your company, is a great step to your career and personal branding. Stop using words like (I’m just a…, or I only do …) when describing what you do to others. Do not lower or change your voice to a down mood tone anytime you get to tell people about your role. Start speaking confidently about your job function each time you get the chance and others will start respecting and recognizing your value at work. You’re not self-bragging, you’re self-branding 😉🤗.
